Pricing Structure

Prices are for each 40x40x40cm cubicle shelf space occupied.

Monthly Commitment: -
- Top Row [$100 per week] ~ Total of $433+GST
- Middle Row [$75 per week] ~ Total of $325+GST
- Bottom Row [$50 per week] ~ Total of $217+GST


The applicable commissions is a flat 10% for products sold by SIAQ on your behalf.

There are no commissions for "advertising only" spaces.

Space Options

The cubicles at SIAQ are designed to allow for different display options, they are adjustable 2 shelf space wide by 3 shelf space high to allow occupiers the option of leasing more space either in width or length or both.

20% discount is applicable on subsequent shelf space equal or lesser in value.

Example of shelf space adjustments: -
- 2 shelf space wide on the top row, total cost is $100 + $80 = $180 per week (excl. GST).
- 2 shelf space high in the middle and bottom row, total cost is $75 + $40 = $115 per week (excl. GST).

Leasing Durations

Lease a space with SIAQ for a minimum of 3 months (paid monthly in advance).

3 months will ensure a reasonable timeframe for you to gauge how well your products are selling.
